Introduction:

Boundaryless organizations is the new phenomenon in which the traditional patterns of structure in business organizations are eliminated such that there is a free flow of information and ideas amongst the employees. There is a complete absence of the work hierarchies and thus it encourages the growth of cross-functional structure in an organization.

An example of the boundaryless organizations can be freelancers working on the specified projects as directed by the organization. Thus, the growth of technology has facilitated this concept to achieve boom.
