INTRODUCTION :
The Constitution of the United States is the ideal law of the United States of America. It outdated the Articles of Confederation, the nation's first charter, in 1789. Originally comprising seven articles, it delineates the country wide body of government. Its first 3 articles encompass the doctrine of the separation of powers, wherein the federal government is split into 3 branches: the legislative, which includes the bicameral Congress (Article I); the executive, which includes the president and subordinate officers (Article II); and the judicial, which includes the Supreme Court and different federal courts (Article III). Article IV, Article V, and Article VI encompass standards of federalism, describing the rights and duties of kingdom governments, the states in dating to the federal government, and the shared method of constitutional amendment. Article VII establishes the process finally utilized by the 13 States to ratify it.
