Research Topic 2 Research Topic Rationale There are numerous Christians today who do not comprehend the Holy Spirit nor the significant impact that it he has on a believer’s life. Believers have been blessed by God with the Holy Spirit to aid them in preparation to not only convey the message of the gospel, but to live purpose fulfilled lives. The Holy Spirit is the third individual in the Trinity that incorporates God the Father and Jesus Christ his son. The Holy Spirit is a gift to believers after Christ ascended into heaven. This is a gift that leads us and guides us as believers through life. But the comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. (John 14:26 KJV) In the research paper I will define who the Holy Spirit is and how the Holy Spirit intervenes and presses upon the heart of sinners to change their hearts and how we as believers are to function alongside the holy spirit in our daily lives.
