Behavioral Contract for Jill Smith Purpose: The purpose of this contract is to define expected behaviors for Jill Smith and to outline the positive rewards earned for consistently demonstrating these behaviors. Expected Behaviors: 1. Jill will use her self-regulation techniques, such as deep breathing or utilizing a sensory tool when feeling overwhelmed or anxious. 2. Jill will use her communication cards to express feelings and needs when words are challenging. 3. Jill will transition between activities or locations with the guidance of adults without resorting to disruptive behaviors. 4. Jill will try to respect personal boundaries and avoid physical aggression. Positive Rewards: When Jill consistently demonstrates the expected behaviors, she will earn the following rewards: 1. Five consecutive days of following expected behaviors: 10 minutes of free time to engage in a preferred activity. 2. Using communication cards effectively: Choose a fun sticker for her collection. 3. A week without any physical aggression: An organic snack during lunchtime or after school. Review Period: This contract will be reviewed weekly for progress checks, address challenges, and if necessary, adjust expected behaviors or rewards.
