7.
Complete at least one Performance Plan for each team member. Based on the specified
team objectives, identify the following: a.

Either staff expertise or staff development potential for the identified team
member. You must choose only one for the identified team member. This will be
used as basis for delegating tasks to your team members.
Ensure that the staff expertise or staff development potential identified is
relevant to the team’s task identified in the Team Responsibilities
template.
Staff expertise can be determined by identifying at least one specific field that the
team member is proficient in.
Staff development potential can be determined by identifying at least one
possible field that the team member can become proficient in.

Expected behaviours refer to how a team member must conduct themselves in
performing their responsibilities. These usually correspond with the code of ethics

To complete this task, you must conduct individual meetings with your team members.

Form outlines all the skills you need to demonstrate n this task. Review the document to
ensure the demonstration of the skills specified during the individual meetings.

Review the instruction here and the skills outlined in the Observation Form
. Arrange a
schedule with your assessor to observe you in conducting individual meetings. Provide
them with one copy of the Observation Form
for each meeting. Discuss all requirements
of the task with your assessor and prepare these before each meeting.
Your assessor will complete one Observation Form for each meeting. If direct observation is not possible, record the meetings in a video. Ensure to obtain
permissions first from persons involved before doing so.

must correspond to the expected outcomes, goals, and behaviours that were not
