2 The Introduction of The Starbucks Experience Why is Starbucks such a success? How does Starbucks go about accomplishing things that other coffee shops don't? Joseph Michelli's book The Starbucks Experience offers an understanding of the company's accomplishments. Starbucks uses a variety of techniques, including income sharing and creating The Starbucks encounter—a one-of-a-kind consumer encounter. "Developing an enjoyable experience for your consumers" and "sharing the riches" are two concepts that educators can employ to enhance their schools. "Turning workers into stakeholders" is how Starbucks distributes its assets (Michelli, 2006). By integrating their staff members as stakeholders in their facilities, administrators in education may distribute the assets. And executives may handle the people they supervise with sufficient regular consideration and care to encourage enthusiasm and innovation in their work" (2006), according to Michelli. Loyalty is something that educators desire. They expect their issues to be taken seriously and for their complaints to be heard by others. Given that educators are those who are in the learning spaces every day collaborating with kids to develop the institution of learning, it is essential that they receive daily support and attention. It is the responsibility of leaders to "react to issues and surpass objectives for the benefit of their employees" (Michelli, 2006). Educators and administrators need to collaborate to create better schools. Although consumers visit Starbucks for the products, they return because of The Starbucks Experience. "A pleasant atmosphere where consumers are appreciated on an individual basis, and where an important bond is established" is what Starbucks offers, according to Michelli (2006). However, how? Starbucks locations offer atmosphere, coziness, and friendliness that distinguish them from clients' homes and workplaces. By creating a welcoming
3 and pleasant environment in their institution's facilities, educators may enhance the learning journey of employees as well as learners. Classrooms have to be secure, hygienic, and comfortable. Since the school facilities are not hospitable, instructors shouldn't fear going to their jobs, and pupils shouldn't fear attending class because everyone deserves a Starbucks experience at the school. It makes players appreciate being able to look nice. Athletes typically perform well whenever they feel comfortable. In a comparable way, pupils understand your concern when they feel comfortable. Learners are interested in hearing whatever you're trying to say when they sense your concern. By distributing assets and fostering an encouraging educational environment, schools can be improved. To strive for the growth of schools, educators and other partners must be dedicated to sharing abundance and fostering excellent school building encounters.
