Problem/Issues:  Aetna aims to resolve health care after two life-threatening events to make insurance affordable and cost-effective to improve the patient experience. Possible solutions:  Aetna aims to resolve health care after two life-threatening events to make insurance affordable and cost-effective to improve the patient experience. The primary goal of Aetna is to invest in stakeholders, not the money that they have or do not have.  As it is said, most insurance companies wait until the person is broken instead of being concerned about the holistic approach of the stakeholder's well-being, the quality of life, and their health. Consequently, it's too late if these components seem superfluous. Therefore, how one views the scope of health care for stakeholders who want to be healthy is to change the lens of health care and make it affordable and cost-effective to help everyone.  One possible solution to the problems cited above is to emphasize what's unique about Aetna. Second: State, the generic benefits of the product classification, can convince customers to buy. Third: Possible solution is using benefits that differentiate you from their competition. These concepts help the client become more familiar with what the company has to offer and the affordability and the uniqueness of what differentiates Aetna from other health insurance agencies and competitors. The concern of most clients is the assurance that the company that they are relying on cares about their health and well-being holistically.  Recommended solution:  Aetna has experienced some snags persuading that their plans are more reasonable and convincing other entities to join with them to accommodate affordable health insurance. Healthcare premiums are growing at four times the rate of inflation. Therefore, the aim is to design plans that fit the client's needs. How do we break this cycle? By creating a  2
new model that thinks about the clients holistically, inclusive of investing in wellness, taking care of chronically ill, and aligned incentives, cost, and whether or not this is affordable for the client. How do we engage people? We put the plan in front of them, we make it relevant to their situations and keep it simple, plain, and access the quality and cost. Getting people to trust the company, building relationships, and making the client believe that this will accommodate their needs. To make the client experience that their situation is designed exclusively for them.  Expected outcome : When Aetna meets the above standards, stakeholders would be inclined to prefer their services. With this in mind, it's all about the client, their doctor, caregivers, and the hospital of choice; it's about changing how we define healthcare  management. It's about building a relationship, access, quality, and executing access and quality. If managed the right way, it will cover the cost.  When Aetna meets the above criteria, it will be sustainable for the client. Once Aetna applies the new concepts, clients will adhere to the new plan individually designed to tailor each client's needs. Aetna's ongoing strategy is to build programs beyond paying for acute care, and its focus is a holistic approach to healthcare because of the gaps in the healthcare system. Aetna's definitive aim is to treat people as whole people and not just segments or numbers. These plans will consist of an approach that looks at how people live their lives, where they reside, and if they can still function as productive citizens in society. The ultimate objective is to ensure that clients are rehabilitated back to living and enjoying a holistic life.  Additionally, Aetna aims to refine health and integrate segments that include the client's spirituality, social, and economic portions of life. Aetna's ambition is to broaden its lens. By reaching out to neighboring communities to become more knowledgeable. About their determinants of unaffordable healthcare issues and educating potential clients about technology, 3

using monitoring devices. That allows stakeholders to check on family, friends, and neighbors and how all these parts play imperative roles in creating healthier communities.
