Stakeholders in the Suburban Homes Construction need one to understand the results of
the project and how people and groups will be affected. Since stakeholders include people
working on the project and the resources for the project, there is a need to monitor regulations,
laws, and standards of the stakeholders. Therefore, identifying the stakeholders should be based
on various roles the stakeholder can perform such as the supply of the construction materials by
the suppliers and local law enforcers. Finding the possible stakeholders for the project requires
the project managers to use the brainstorming techniques with the consultation of the project
constructor (Kloppenborg and Wells pp.180)
. The employees’ financial emotional and legal
interests should be considered for better project performance and feedback with the face to face
communications
. After identifying the customers’ interests as the stakeholders, the company
should ensure the there are frequent meetings and flow of emails to the customers with the
production of reliable and affordable services with cybersecurity.
Analysis of the stakeholders requires the identification techniques that are used to
evaluate information that determines the stakeholder’s interest in the project role. Prioritization
of the stakeholders is important in the Suburban Homes Construction Project since it helps the
stakeholders to concentrate on their role in the project. As a result, the prioritization of the

stakeholders should be based on the power, legitimacy, and urgency of the project. Other criteria
such as interest and interest can be used in the prioritization. Determining the stakeholders and
prioritizing the stakeholders, the project manager effectively accomplishes the goals of the
project. The clear directions are set for the future of the project and the competitive objectives
are prioritized (Kloppenborg and Wells pp.182)
. As a result, the managers learn to recognize
complex tradeoffs and the consequences that facilitate the decision making hence build a strong
relationship with the customers and the suppliers.
Stakeholder Matrix
The project manager should come up with a plan that will effectively engage the
stakeholders in the planning and performing of the project. The plan should be based on the

analysis of the stakeholder with the stakeholder matrix that includes the stakeholder’s support for
the project and the barriers to the changing strategies in the project. Strategies for the support of
the stakeholders include the stakeholder's ideas and offering to the trade-offs. Identifying the
position of the stakeholders requires greater engagement efforts due to the change in position
hence greater risks of the project (Kloppenborg and Wells pp. 184)
. The impact of the change is
clear with the nature of different groups and stakeholders positions which is reevaluated in the
project.

quickly and participate in the project throughout. The developed stakeholders’ matrix helps in
understanding the stakeholders’ assumptions concerning the project hence forming the basis of
project expectation. Therefore, the project manager needs to clarify the assumptions and
negotiate with the stakeholders for the effective planning of the project. To complete the
assigned activities and to solve problems quickly, the project team should work towards
satisfying the stakeholders’ expectations during the project execution. Also, achievement of the
expectations requires commitment and sharing the planning documents with the stakeholders.
Since stakeholder may identify other expectations during the project execution, the managers
should hold informal conversations with the stakeholders to ensure that they fulfill the details
planned for the project (Kloppenborg and Wells pp.188)
. The emergence of additional
expectations needs to be considered in terms of the project’s formal change with the plan of
revising the project activities to be performed.

Weekly Failure to manage the challenges faced by the project can throw off the project. The
technical, cost and mechanical challenges have to be addressed for the success of the project. As
a result, the communication matrix should be employed to enable people to work together to
address unique challenges. Since the project is unique, a different set of stakeholders are required
for cooperation and coordination to harmonize the project. The communication matrix authorizes
work and determines the requirements for the project by uncovering and resolving issues in the
project. Effective communication is necessary to resolve the difference of the stakeholders.
Consequently, the communication plan should be put in place to manage the issues that cannot be
handled by the project managers (Kloppenborg and Wells pp. 187)
. However, the project
managers need to determine how issues and decision making is handled so that the project
conclusion is determined. Also, the project manager will develop trust with the stakeholders
through the transparent communication with confidentiality on the information not appropriate to
share.
Mechanics
Managing the project requires the work associated with the project plan and the
organization of the project. Planning for the project and generating it are the major steps of the
effective communication of a project (Kloppenborg and Wells pp.193)
. The right project
information should, therefore, be shared with the stakeholders for the success of the project in
the right format. The information required to develop the project should be planned and assessed
before beginning the project. While the project is underway, the mechanic of the project with the
