Explain the differences between a group and team. Then, discuss the stages of group and team development as it applies to groups in your workplace. Be sure to focus your response on specific steps that you recommend to “unstick” the group’s development to the performing stage. Explain how the concept of conscious culture fits in with your strategy. Trust is most definitely a huge part of seeing success in your working environment. There are not many people who would come together to work for a common goal if they did not trust the manager who is heading up a project . Compatibility within the group or team is important even if your team members have very different personalities. This can be achieved through good communication and listening skills by your manager . Everyone feels valued and that their voice is heard if they feel as a team they can get along and feel good about sharing ideas learning to be flexible when it comes to others and what they bring to the table .
