2 The pandemic affected so many businesses, and some of them were closed down. Due to this, the Tractor Supply company decided to rise against all odds. They shifted how the customers interacted with the brand to better their services and ensure the company continued to make more profit. The study will aim at evaluating the ROI of the client's experience program by integrating insights with business outcomes. For a business to succeed, maintenance is not the only thing needed; the leaders must focus on the company's future by looking for ways to improve the standard of the company. For the Tractor Supply company to remain competitive in the retail market, it introduced curbside service, providing clients with a new endless option (Moran, 2018). This case study also focuses on how gathering customer feedback and using the information to measure and raise customer experience will satisfy the customer, hence making more profit. The case study argues on a few measures that fit the service-profit chain model. The analysis was done, and it indicated that the customers interacted directly with the brand through curbside pickup. The leaders dug deeper into the data and realized issues related to communicating internally with the workers and externally with the clients concerning the arrival time for pickup. The company used several KIPs to quantify the strength of its actions. The Tractor Supply was willing to make some changes and improve the speed of their service on pickup delivery. The company will gain a lot of profit since the increase in speed will attract more customers. For the company to see long-term results for the action taken, it must satisfy its customers and be loyal to its customers. There must also be good strategies that will help in
3 problem-solving (Moran, 2018). A comprehensive program is needed for a long-term difference, which will help deliver actionable insights.
