In the following space, outline the steps Sage Realty can take to analyze and
solve their sales staff problem. First, write a problem statement.
Sage Realty Services is one of the fastest growing organizations and expects to
expand the number of closings every month. However, due to the poor expansion
of the real estate market, the current rate of closings is just five per month as
opposed to twelve per month.
Next, consider each part of the problem statement. List the possible solutions to
each part.
