At this level, detail is not required. 1.2.2.1 Analyze Potential Risks and Bottleneck, and Develop Contingency Plan As part of the meeting, Project Team discusses potential risks and bottlenecks of the project and develops a contingency plan to ensure smooth running of the program. 1.2.2.2 Create Pool of Program Participants Create a list of potential Mentors and Mentees from the current list of Store Managers 1.2.2.2.1 Determine Potential Mentors Based on Experience Select Store Managers who have experience of 5 years or more in their role and who are currently managing a high sale store 1.2.2.2.2 Determine Mentees Based on Duration in Their Position Store Managers with 2 years of experience or less are selected as Mentees. 1.3.3.1 Pairing Based on Strength and Experience From the list of selected managers, pair them based on their strengths and competencies 1.3.3.2 Connect Mentor and Mentee Inform selected Mentors and Mentees, and invite them to join information session. 1.4.1.1 Provide Guidance and Resources to Mentors Before the program starts, provide mentors with short training sessions conducted by Organizational Development Team 1.4.2.1 Build Information Package for Participants Information Packages include duration of the program, expectations for Mentors and Mentees, available resources, frequency of Mentorship Café and expected gains for the participants 1.4.2.2 Conduct Short Progress Surveys During Mentorship Café During Bi-Monthly Mentorship Café, a short progress survey is conducted. Survey includes, but is not limited to, Mentors’ review of Mentee, challenges, Mentees’ career growth, and feedback on the program. 1.5.1.1 Measure Program Succession Based Progress Surveys Conducted Project Manager and Project Team discuss survey results conducted during the bi-monthly mentorship café. Areas being discussed are focused on Mentees’ skills and career growth to measure succession against program progress. 1.5.2.1 Combine Feedback from Bi- Monthly Mentorship Cafe Collect all the feedback from the surveys conducted bi- monthly, and categorize based on types of feedback provided by participants. 1.5.2.2 Discuss Fallouts and Bottleneck Problems Project Manager conduct a meeting with Project Team bi- monthly after survey results have been collected to
discuss areas of improvement, additional resources to provide, and any other bottleneck problems 1.6.2.1 Evaluate and Document Improvements to Be Made Project Manager conducts evaluation of the program. Any area of improvement discussed with Project Team and from the survey is documented and filed away for the future and next round of the program.
