BHA-FPX4110 Assessment 3: Leadership in the Dynamic Health Care Industry
Impact of Healthcare Leadership on Patient Experience
Improving patient care is about more than just giving better professional care. Alilyyani et al.
(2018) found that raising standards for patient care improves patient care, improves the
community's health, and cuts healthcare costs per patient. Raising the quality of care helps the
places that treat people and those they help.
Service Line Management
Line management constitutes one of the best ways to tell if a patient will have a good time. A
"service line" brings together experts from many fields and areas who aim to offer a wide range
of treatments to get a certain health result. Since the turn of the 1980s, professional care services
have been used by many organizations in the United States (Hunter, 2021).
Pros and Cons of Leading the Service Line Using the Dyad Management Model
Under the Dyad approach, non-doctors and doctors handle operations and strategy together. The
goals and mission of the care center will be met because these leaders work together. One of the
best things about the Dyad leadership approach is that it brings the two types of leadership
together better than a single operation.
Impact of Employee and Provider Relations on Organization Success
Because the service line strategy brings together staff from various divisions in a healthcare
facility, the resulting professional relationship is important for increasing efficiency, improving
the quality of care, keeping and attracting staff, and giving the health sector a competitive edge.
A good relationship between staff and doctors will create a healthy environment encouraging
staff to give better health care.
Organizational Quality Improvement and Leadership
Improvements in organizational quality are necessary for patients to have a good time and for the
organization to work well. By giving fast, quick care, a hospital can create a caring setting
centered on the patient and focused on good service and care. The medical setting is made up of
emotional and physical factors, as well as technology and clinical processes.
