Alone Comparing the three-day dietary record, most of the 2015 health guidelines are followed, with the suggested amount of calories observed while consuming fruits and vegetables in the diet (You, 3). In my diet, I preferred skim milk for low-fat foods and low-fat plain yogurt or water as my drinks. However, for the juice, I ensured 100 percent fruit juice (Sarigiannis et al., 21). Alcoholic beverages and more sugar-containing snacks are highly avoided as they provide more calories. However, there is a need for improvement in exercising, as every time I drive to work, I have a fixed schedule to exercise. I aim to engage in physical exercise and reduce snack consumption, as they are high in calories. Now that I have tracked my diet and know my weaknesses, it will be possible to embrace a healthier lifestyle in terms of diet and exercise.
