The author recommends providing nutritional information in fast-food chain restaurants so that the people that are consuming their product are informed.  #2 is using the “Issue A Call to Action” strategy.  #3 us using the “Offer A Quotation that Expresses the Essense of your Argument” strategy.  I think #4 is using the, “Speculate about the future” strategy because it reads: ‘“ I probably should have knocked on more doors and had more conversations with people,” he says. “If I had done that, probably I would have won. ” ’ As if the guy was advising himself.  #5 is using the, “make recommendations” strategy.
