would help them to concentrate on their work and perform better than others
(Johari et al.,

Sometimes some of the employees do not have peaceful work life balance due to
obligation towards their families and lack of support from any family member, and
sometimes the workers are not able to give time to their families because of the jobs assigned
at work. Their work schedule is so busy that they always find it difficult to cop with the
stress. This situation becomes work life conflict.
Work family conflict does not let the
employees concentrate on their work and they always wish to leave their jobs. When
employees do have more family responsibilities such as marriage, family or older people to
look after, and cannot balance their work life de
velop more leaving intentions
(Yildiz et al,
2021)
.
The employees having conflicts in their homes and work lives often develop the
intentions to leave the jobs in order to correct the things. The trend of developing leaving
intentions often can be seen in the nursing sector where most of the workers are women.
Women do have more family responsibilities in comparison to their male counterparts.
Women have responsibilities such as responsibility towards spouse, child care and the
responsibility towards that family member who needs special care(Yildiz et al, 2021).
Such
workers who do not find balance between their work life and family life find an easy way to
leave the job in order to protect their mental health (Yildiz et al, 2021).
Work life balance enriches the job satisfaction. There are many factors that contribute to the

job satisfaction and also help employees to give time to their families which in turn bring
work life balance. The more responsibilities at home towards sick in the family, child care,
marriage responsibilities sometimes demand flexible working hours (Kalliath et al, 2020).

life balance. It would enrich job experience of the employees and help them perform better
.
