Big Five Personality Test
Part 1: My Big Personality Test Results
Discussion of the results
From the results, my extroversion personality is relatively strong, suggesting that, at
times, I am outgoing, friendly, and mindful of interaction at the expense of pursuing my interest.
I scored well on orderliness, meaning I am well-structured and restrained. However, my
emotional stability score is below average. This is true since I am always worried about
everything: my future, my insecurities, and definitely what would happen if I did not become
who I would like to be in life, therefore making me anxious.
3
Moreover, I am moderately accommodative since it takes me time to trust people. I
usually scrutinize people well before I trust them. I scored pretty well on my inquisitive nature.
My inquisitive personality can only suggest that I am curious, intellectual, and imaginative.
Events that exemplify my personality
One instance when my personality influenced my behavior was when I attended a
wedding ceremony where I had a role in the reception. When I saw friends, my extroversion
personality kicked in, and we began to flash back to our experiences. I had to be reminded to
stick to the program, or I will let people down.
Additionally, I am well-structured, and I plan my time, activities, and finances. One
instance during a vacation with my friends, I had planned how I would spend the three-day
holiday to the last coin. However, I could not participate in other spontaneous activities they
suggested since that would be convenient for me in terms of financial allocations.
Discussion of my strengths
I am a neat person, well-structured and restrained, which confirms my high score in
orderliness personality. Orderliness has helped me in time and financial management.
Furthermore, I am always curious to know more. Curiosity has helped me to evade various
unwanted consequences from the choices I make. My curiosity confirms my inquisitive
personality.
Discussion of my weaknesses
I am constantly anxious about how my future will look like, which confirms my low
score on emotional stability. In addition, after experiencing various disappointments from people,
I have learned that trust is a big thing, and everyone should work hard to earn it. It takes time for
me to trust people, and this has always been seen as an unkind gesture from me.

Part 2:
Results of the Big Five Personality Test for King Ragnar
The character I chose for personality review is King Ragnar of the Viking series. King
Ragnar is highly accommodating yet shows a strong extroversion personality. He is also orderly,
with emotional stability and a curious trait. These personalities fit him well as he puts the
interests of the people he leads first. He seeks land in England for his people to farm. His
inquisitive nature is portrayed by how he is willing to know more about the outside world
through his friend Athelstan, whom he asks questions about England. His orderly personality is
portrayed by how he plans for wars, how he structures his army, and how he sticks to the plan.
Despite all these personalities, King Ragna is reserved and quiet and does not want to be the
center of attraction.
Part 3
1.
Accommodation and Extroversion can be helpful in building relationships. For instance,
personal relations need to be built on trust. It is easy to trust a friend when you are
accommodative. Moreover, extroversion makes a relationship by being responsive to
5
others, having fun, networking, bonding well, and cultivating friendships
(JAYABALAN,
2013). On the other hand, a lack of emotional stability can hinder personal relationships
since people rarely associate with unstable people, constantly worried, complaining, and
anxious as they believe they will drain their energy.
2.
Orderliness is a trait that helps professional relationships. For instance, a professional
who has the correct time management, is neat, and well-structured helps the organization
achieve its goals (Indeed Editorial Team, 2023). On the other hand, lack of
accommodation personality hinders professional relationships. In corporate areas, the
interactions between workers are vital in helping achieve the goal of any organization.
3.
In personal relationships, the information above reminds people of how they can cultivate
their relationships with others. Similarly, in professional relationships, information helps
in addressing the traits required to achieve desired results in organizations.
4.
An inquisitive personality helps communication get better. For example, by asking
questions about other people's well-being, they understand that others are genuinely
willing to talk to them, and they will communicate more (Indeed Editorial Team, 2023).
On the other hand, an introverted personality hinders communication. Introverts are
reserved, and they prefer to talk to other people.
5.
I could implement inquisitiveness and extroversion as traits that foster communication.
Through these traits, I will be able to interact more with people.
