Culture evolved through a variety of artistic disciplines and philosophical ideas. 2 Cities in societies regarded as civilized have political, economic, and social structures. The use of writing has long been thought to be necessary for civilization by many academics. 3 Irrigation systems, which enabled the extension of agricultural areas and some floods management, were among the technological advancements. Public structures and protective walls were constructed. The creation of the sophisticated society and the pacification of the gods were under the direction of Sumerian priests. What are the WORST three practices and policies we should avoid?
