Case summary:
The recent ruling by the Continent E court of justice on the right of certain companies like SB Corporation is to limit the local viewing options for the consumers. Before the case SB Corporation and E corporation had a right to telecast the broad cast of English premier league soccer match. Under the agreement, the continent E was divided into different segments and the consumers were charged separately.
The ruling says that the consumers can choose the cheaper broadcasts in the other continent E union markets.
