Deadlock:
In multiprocessing system deadlock is state in which each member of a group is waiting for some other member to take action. In other words deadlock is a condition in which process are prevented to use the resources.
It provides a systematic way to create, retrieve, update delete and manage data. Data is better protected and managed when it can be shared using a DBMS.. In case of extensive cascading rollback the DBMS approaches to stop interweaving transactions for an instant so that all the current transaction can be completed and this establishes a point where the future cascading rollback would terminate.
