Vegetarian diet may reduce the risk of heart disease than non-vegetarians. A well-balance vegetarian diet maintains weight, better levels of cholesterols, and fewer issues with irregular bowel movements (diarrhea and constipation).
A recent studies show that people follow vegetarian diet has average level of blood pressure lower than that of people follow non-vegetarians. Vegetarianism may also decrease the progression of colon cancer.
