Explanation of Solution

Projects – worked with a team:

Some of the projects that are worked on in a team are: Data entry forms and online passport registration. The common tools used in both the projects are excel sheets and access. Excel sheets are used in data entry form project. Microsoft Access is used in online passport registration project which serves as backend.

Leadership role:

“Yes”, will play leadership role, because it is important because one experiences how to lead a team. The lead also know how to make right strategies to get the results.

Achieving goal:

One should follow the below steps in order to achieve the goal. They are:

• Setting specific target which should be clear and well defined.
• Setting measurable goals which includes, amount needed, and final date of the project completion.
• Make an action and stick with it.

“Yes”, both the mentioned projects are IT projects.
