Summary Introduction
Interpretation:
List the foods that will provide recommended dietary allowance for calcium along with the quantities and also the factors that can help to boost bone density.
Concept Introduction:
Calcium is the most important and abundant mineral found in our body. It helps to carry out several functions like muscular movements, maintains bone density, vascular contraction, intracellular signaling, and several hormonal functions. The calcium is stored in the bones which act as a reservoir. Thus, maintaining the calcium levels in the body is very important. Another factor that can help in increasing the bone density is the type of lifestyle we adopt.
