Collaborative management:

Requirement Gaps:

Transition Problems:

Transitioning one enterprise system to a new enterprise system is a very difficult process. It requires suitable planning and training.

New Technology:

If any new technology arrives, it affects the enterprise system because it may be developed in such a way that it overcomes all the challenges.

Employee resistance:

Employees resist change because it requires struggles and causes fear.
