Concept Introduction:
The procedure of examining the job requirements and then identifying and creating a pool of potential candidates by giving confidence and encouragement so that they submit an application for the work in the business is called recruitment.
Employing people from within the business that is looking for candidates for the job positions from among the employees who are currently working with the organization are internal sources of recruitment.
Recruiting potential candidates in the organization from external sources that is looking for candidates not from within but from outside sources external to the business are external sources of recruitment.
