Question
Chapter 42.4, Problem 4SB
Summary Introduction
To review:
The molecular class of estradiol and progesterone. Also, the action of these hormones in the body.
Introduction:
Progesterone is a progestin and estradiol is a major estrogen. The ovaries and testes that is the gonads produce progesterone and estrogen hormones. The hypersecretion of estrogen and progesterone causes premature sexual development. The hypo-secretion of these hormones inhibits sexual development.
