The nuclear fission is the reaction in which a heavy nuclei changes into small nuclei. The high amount of energy produces in nuclear fission.
The helium nuclei change into light nuclei hydrogen. The total mass of the product is more than the mass of the helium nuclei because the mass of the helium does not undergo mass to energy conversion.
Conclusion:
Thus, the fission of helium nuclei does not yield energy because the mass of helium nuclei not changes in energy.
