The information system can improve the quality in the following ways:

• The product or service and the production process are being simplified.
  • The steps that occur fewer in a process takes less time and chances of an error to occur is lowered.
• Simplifying the benchmarking.
  • Fixing a proper set of standards for the products, service and other process that occurs and measuring the performance based on the standards that are fixed as before.
• The products and services are improved based on the customer demands.
  • Improving the services of the customer and making to be number one in priority and based on that the quality of the product will get improved by itself.
• Product development life cycle is reduced
