Electrostatic attraction between lysine and a standard amino acid other than aspartic acid, analogous to the salt bridge between aspartic acid and arginine is to be shown.

Oppositely charged groups from two amino acids are attracted to each other by the electrostatic forces in an interaction known as a salt-bridge.
This interaction is one of the important interactions responsible for the tertiary structure of proteins.
