Cholera is an infectious disease that can be fatal in case it is untreated. It is characterized by watery diarrhea which results in dehydration. Prolonged and untreated dehydrated condition may also lead to death. The causative organism for this disease is a bacterium called Vibrio cholerae. The mode of transmission of this disease is through contaminated food or drinking water.

B. Use the antisense strand that you create in part A as a template to create the mRNA

C. Translate the mRNA you produced in part B into the polypeptide sequence making sure
to follow all the rules of translation.
