Introduction:
YGG is a small gardening business location at city M. The company does jobs for both commercial and residentital clients. The company was founded about five years ago and its growing with 10 clients and one new employee per year. Currently there are eight seasonal employees to deal with certain number of clients.
The crew size ranges from 2 to 4, is assigned with jobs by their owner. The crew size and its composition are functional to the square footage and requirement of the job. The owner wants to allocate large jobs for big crew size.
The owner notices that larger jobs take longer duration by the big crew than it was estimated by the owner. The owner’s son decides to examine and records the time and crew sizes to get clear idea on labor productivity. The results of his examination are,
