Ulnar and radial nerves are signal transmission nerves in the hand. They send the signal stimulus from the brain towards the hand. The ulnar nerve is the peripheral nerve in the upper limb. It sends the stimulus towards the ulnar bone in the hand. Radial nerve sends the stimulus towards the posterior portion of the upper limb.
