Nerve plexus helps in the transmission of the signals from the spinal cord. It is divided into various types of cervical, brachial, lumbar and sacral plexuses. The signal stimulus is transmitted ahead to the various regions of the body. Nerve plexus involves the group of nerves which conduct the signals from the spinal cord to the various other parts of the body according to the originating stimulus.
