Calculation:
The following figure shows the locus of midpoints of all chords that can be drawn from a given point of a given circle.
The chords are drawn from the fixed point B and the red points are the mid points of the all the chords. These midpoints form a circle which represent the locus and also note that Point B should be excluded from the locus of the points.
