Given:

The two sides and angle of parallelogram.

Calculation:

Let the two sides of the parallelogram be $4$ cm and $5$ cm. let the one angle of the parallelogram be ${60}^{\circ }$ .

  

Step 1- draw the line segment AB of $4$ cm

Step 2- draw the angle A of ${60}^{\circ }$

Step 3- cut the arc of $5$ cm to get the line AD.

Step 4- similarlly draw the line BC.

Step 5- join the points C and D to have a complete parallelogram ABCD.
