The reason for extension and flexion movements done by deltoid muscle.
Introduction:
The deltoid muscle is located at the top of the arm and the shoulder and is a rounded-triangular muscle. It is attached to the skeleton at the collarbone, shoulder blade, and the upper arm bone with the help of tendons. This muscle is widest at the shoulder and gets narrowed as it moves down the arm. The contraction of deltoid muscle leads to a variety of motions in the arm and the shoulder.
