File access flag:

A file should be opened before user can read from the file or write into the file. Use an “fstream” file object to perform file operations such as file creation, write information to the file and read information from the file.

• It requires two arguments; the first argument is a string type containing file name and the second argument is a file access flag.
  • File access flag is used to specify the method in which user want to open the file.
  • C++ provides the various types of file access flags such as “in”, “out”, “app”, “ate”, “binary”, and so on; each flag has its own file mode.
