Explanation of Solution

Typecast – Converts the value of one type into another type.

There are two types of conversion in typecast: 

Implicit conversion – Implicit type automatically converts data type.

Explicit conversion – Explicit type is explicitly defined within a program.

The type cast which is used to convert the pointer of one type to another type is “reinterpret_cast”.
