Introduction:

Mutation is defined as the sudden, unpredictable, and permanent changes in the nucleotide sequence of DNA. It leads to cause alteration in a small segment of DNA. It is caused by several environmental factors such as UV radiation or by exposure to carcinogens such as ethidium bromide (EtBr), radiation, and smoke.
