Introduction:

Living organisms utilize the antioxidant molecules in order to protect themselves from the radicals. Humans use vitamin E, vitamin C, and beta-carotene from their diet. Phenols are known to be very effective antioxidants as the radical products of such molecules are known to be resonance stabilized and hence, they are relatively unreactive.
