Concept Introduction:

Deuterium Oxide $D_{2}O$(or) Heavy water: This type of water contains a large than normal amount of the hydrogen isotope deuterium , rather than the common hydrogen $\left({}^{\text{1}}\text{H or H}\right)$ that makes up most of the hydrogen in normal water.     

Tautomerism: The two isomers refer to a chemical equilibrium between a keto $\left(\text{-C=O}\right)$ form and an enol $\left(\text{-C-OH}\right)$. The two types of enol and keto forms are said to be tautomers of each other. Further the intramolecular process of two forms involves the movement of single hydrogen atom shifted of bonding electron, these type isomers (or) called as tautomerism
