Transparent plastic cups
Ice cubes
Gelatin (1 envelope)
Graduated cylinder
Papaya juice (fresh)
Kiwi juice (fresh)
Pineapple juice (fresh)
Cheesecloth
Marbles (4)
Pan
PROCEDURE:
1.
Chop fruit finely. Place in a cheesecloth and press. Collect extracted juice and set aside.
2.
Prepare gelatin dessert according to the package directions.
3.
Pour 90 ml of gelatin into each four plastic cups.
4.
Place cups in a pan filled with ice cubes. Place in a refrigerator until set

After the gel is formed, add 10 ml of papaya juice to the first cup (Lot A); 10 ml of pineapple juice to
the second cup (Lot B) and 10 ml of kiwi juice to the third cup (Lot C)
6.
Do not add anything on the fourth cup (Control).
Place a marble on top of each gelatin and let stand at room temperature.
