Case learning objectives: This case gives students an opportunity to: Analyse company’s competitive advantage and identify strategies for strengthening its position; Identify the main benefits and characteristics of a collaborative economy model, which involves more than two actors; Identify and relate the network effects of digital businesses structured around technological platforms. Organisation and methodology: Each student will be required to show his/her understanding of the concepts of the Strategic Management and analytical skills in the work with the case. On the basis of this analysis each student will have to write an individual report.
