Lenz's law states that the direction of the electric current induced in a conductor by a changing magnetic field is such that the magnetic field created by the induced current opposes changes in the initial magnetic field. To verify Lenz's Law with the iOLab, we moved a magnet near a coil of wire connected to the iOLab's magnetometer, observing the induced current in the coil as the magnetic flux through it changes, noting that the direction of the induced current will always oppose the change in magnetic field according to Lenz's Law. Additionally, we rotated the IOLab device while monitoring voltage as a function of rotational speed.

Is my graph consistent with Lenz' Law?
