Week 1 Please describe in less than 200 words what was discussed in this session and how you plan to develop these skills. Week 2 Please describe in less than 200 words what was discussed in this session and how you plan to develop these skills. In the first week we discussed some organizational issues related to personal learning. Following this module, we should eventually have more knowledge, a different personality and also develop certain skills. I want to become a new, more improved version, to help me in the future in my professional life. I am also still trying to find an effective way to learn, which I can remember more easily, but I have not succeeded and I hope that I will also find help here for this.
Week 3 Please describe in less than 200 words what was discussed in this session and how you plan to develop these skills. In the third week we discussed a new method of personal discovery, namely SWOT personal analysis. I note that the abbreviation comes from strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities. I also managed to make my own analysis and to be able to realize that I was wrong so far because I did not assume certain responsibilities. I am a very negative person and I always see only the bad side of things and I never accepted that, until I started to create such an analysis and ask myself a few questions. I think it helped me a lot to evolve. The theme of the second week was reflective thinking and the different ways we can do it. We discussed two methods, namely Gibb's and Kolb's method, both of which aim to teach us how to do such a process. I applied Gib's reflective circle and was able to figure out what I had. wrong in a situation I went through and I was able to fix this after analyzing it. recently, when I came across the same situation these things were different because I applied what I had learned.

Week 4 Please describe in less than 200 words what was discussed in this session and how you plan to develop these skills. I reached a new important point, namely academic writing. I believe that academic writing is important throughout the University, because we need to be aware that we are students and have some responsibilities. Academic writing has a logical structure that we must follow when doing an essay or any such work. The hardest part seems to me to be research because we need to get information from certain sources to give examples of our arguments. It is important to have such examples because they are an essential component. Week 5 Please describe in less than 200 words what was discussed in this session and how you plan to develop these skills. In the fifth week we discussed the differences between reflective writing and other types. From my point of view, this writing is much more accessible to students, because I don't have to do a lot of research in other sources, I don't have to use such a developed academic language and we also don't have a standard structure like introduction, content and conclusion as in an essay. Reflective writing helps us to reflect on one thing and is closely related in my opinion to reflective thinking. I am sure that I have already developed these skills and in the future I will surely know how to take advantage of them.
Week 6 Please describe in less than 200 words what was discussed in this session and how you plan to develop these skills. Week 7 Please describe in less than 200 words what was discussed in this session and how you plan to develop these skills. Use a minimum of one academic source and reference this. In the sixth week we talked about the reading skills that each of us should have. Unfortunately, I did not read much work in my life other than what was needed for the course. But I've seen a lot of advantages that reading offers and the most important thing is that it helps you a lot to develop your thinking, the way you analyze a thing and all reading, I noticed that it helps me more when I'm learning. Through reading we can also enrich the academic vocabulary necessary for the realization of an academic writing and also We can find sources to use in our list of references. In the seventh week we talked about plagiarism and the importance of referrals. In recent weeks we have discussed these two topics almost every time, and we have seen that in most papers, at least in the academic writings where we need to find out from other sources, the list of references is an important component. We talked about the type of reference and how it is done. The professor introduced us to the way the university demanded, namely Harvard. The list of references should include the authors in alphabetical order, along with the works from which we were inspired.
Week 8 Please describe in less than 200 words what was discussed in this session and how you plan to develop these skills. Use a minimum of one academic source and reference this. This journal should be formatively submitted for feedback, via Blackboard, at the end of this week. In life we need a lot of skills to be able to get a job Right or just to stand out. In order to have skills we have to learn. This week we added new skills needed, namely presentation skills. In the future, each of us will have a moment in which we will have to present a specific topic and in order to know how to do this, we will have to follow the steps mentioned in this course. A successful presentation requires a little preparation beforehand, a well-crafted content and also a clear presentation so that the audience understands and does not get bored. Reference List
