CASE CONCEPTUALIZATION 2 Kali is a young girl of 21 years and is going through trauma. She is a white young girl, that is going through physical, emotional, and psychological abuse from her boyfriend, Ben. The current incident happened after Ben broke her phone and physically assaulted her by choking for which she became unconscious only to wake up in hospital after a help from neighbor who called the police. The frequency of violence has been more often marked by Ben's constant manipulation into claims that Kali has a boyfriend and cheating on him. She has manipulated her into leaving her job, dissociating from friends and family, and wants her to stop attending classes. He has successfully managed to monopolize and control what Kali is doing where to be and who to interact with. The incident of choking depicts a high degree of domestic violence which possibly can lead to homicide cases in that Ben should be held liable. From this incident, Kali is in danger, that she is too blinded to realize. In any case, Kali can be said to be in a pre-contemplative phase of transformation where she still does not feel that Ben's actions are wrong, if anything she is defending his actions. Kali needs help from abusive Ben, she is emotionally, physically, and psychologically affected and depressed. Kali has not shown any suicidal thoughts or behaviors. Even though she is not linked with past medical cases featuring any form of abuse or alcohol and drug use there is a need for diagnosis for the same now and after. Even though Kali is choosing to stay with Ben, it is notable that she is in serious danger and the best plan is to leave him. Ben should be arraigned in court and held liable for actions as per the law. She should not live alone rather should live under constant monitoring. Besides,

CASE CONCEPTUALIZATION 3 should be taken through counselling and therapies to nurture and heal her emotional, and psychological wellbeing.
