Discussion: Biblical Integration
Question 1
GAP Missions Ministries is an organization fully committed to empowering and eradicating poverty among the most marginalized communities around the world through global evangelization. The organization started in 1989 under the name "Missionary Aviation Outreach," which started its activities by evangelizing the Gueré community that lived in isolated
areas of Ivory Coast, West Africa (George, 2023). The ministry has since grown into other villages, which led to Bible institutes and congregations. The organization has managed its evangelical activities and helped impoverished communities even at times when there are civil wars and other dangerous conditions. The main projects from GAP ministries include international mission initiatives such as establishing Christian communities and carrying out humanitarian aid in Africa, the Middle East,
South and Central Asia, and other isolated people groups. By establishing churches and teaching Bible courses, they seek to preach the word of God. In Matthew 28:19-20, Christians were instructed by Jesus and attracted more believers (Bible Gateway, 2023). The organization also has the priority of carrying out humanitarian aid. In Matthew 25: 35-40, God wants our lives to overflow with love, mercy and compassion (Gateway, 2023). In addition to distributing Bibles and teaching the word of God, GAP Mission provides medical assistance and humanitarian to vulnerable communities worldwide. The organization provides aid to children living in high poverty levels, widows, and orphans, with a particular focus on areas afflicted by displacement and conflict.

The focus countries for the organization are Africa, the Middle East, South and Central Asia, and other regions with limited access to Christianity. The modes of entry into these areas include conventional evangelization, the formation of Christian congregations, Bible institutes, and training centers where people are empowered with basic skills. The organization has a small aircraft for transportation, ministry expansion, and aid distribution. Therefore, the organization utilizes a versatile and adaptable approach to its mission.
