Describe how these results reflect your preferred learning style with a minimum of 75 words using explanatory sentences. I received sevens in the visual, auditory, write, physical categories, as well as eights overall. The combination of all the varied academic approaches would work most efficiently for me, but the benefits would mainly relate to my strengths in the auditory and reading/writing arts, which were also my strongest areas of academic aptitude. To be more precise, techniques like formats, charts, illustrations, globes, layouts, comprehension, communication, documents, actual-world examples, case studies, and trial and error are all things that work to help me be more effective. Personality In the space provided below, record all of your results (providing the four initials representing your MBTI) from the personality self-assessment that you completed. Describe how these results reflect your personality preferences with a minimum of 75 words using explanatory sentences. I've compiled my top three intelligences—naturalistic, those and linguistic—within the various intelligence self-evaluate. These are a fantastic match and mirror my chosen learning approaches. For the academic link, I liked authentic, and for the career unity, relational and linguistic. Naturalistic learning is essential to me because I prefer to employ tools like diagrams, charts, and labels along with my deep-thinking approach to problem-solving. Since I want to collaborate with others and actively interact in order to learn as much as possible, social ability is crucial to my learning style. Last but not least, I value linguistic proficiency since I like using vocabulary and phrases to express myself. Classroom Connection Career Connection List a minimum of 3 strategies which you can use to be successful in college that relate to your results on the Personality Self- Assessment. List a minimum of 3 careers which relate to your results on the Personality Self- Assessment. Analyze in groups to talk about each component of the information, identifying connections as well as connections that don't match. Identify what knowledge is required for troubleshooting by: - Teaching the information to another individual - Interviewing a professional in the subject - Part C - VIA Character Strengths Assessment : The VIA Survey is a scientifically-validated survey that is regarded as a central tool of positive psychology. It has been used in hundreds of research studies and taken by over 8 million people in over 190 countries–free, because they believe everyone should be able to harness the power of their most positive traits. The VIA Survey (also referred to as the VIA Inventory of Strengths, VIA-IS) was developed by renowned psychologist, Christopher Peterson, Ph.D., and recently revised by Robert McGrath, Ph.D., VIA’s Senior Scientist. It is a 96-question, scientifically validated, questionnaire that provides a rank order of an adult’s 24 character strengths. It is the only online, free, scientific assessment of character strengths in the world. The survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and descriptive results and in-depth reports are available upon completion (link: https://www.viacharacter.org/survey/account/register ).
Character Strengths In the space provided below, record your results of your top five character strengths from the VIA Character Strengths Assessment that you completed. Also include five explanatory sentences using positive adjectives that describe each of these as your strengths. I scored as a on the Myers-Briggs test of personality. As noted by people with this particular personality type like learning in a very theoretical or conceptual way. We tend to favor the arts, particularly music and Languages. INFJs are autonomous learners who relish ambiguity and frequently explore for connections in their surroundings. Because I consistently receive the same outcomes and because my personality type provides greater context for my other findings, these items are all closely related to my style characteristics. We can tell from my test's findings why I like particular tactics, what works best for me, why my results are consistent, etc. Classroom Connection Career Connection Describe how you use your strengths in the classroom using a minimum of 75 words with explanatory sentences. Explanatory sentences will provide relevant details and examples when necessary and connect responses to personal knowledge and experience. Describe how you use your strengths outside of the classroom using a minimum of 75 words with explanatory sentences. Explanatory sentences will provide relevant details and examples when necessary and connect responses to personal knowledge and experience. By being honest about my personal tasks, giving excuses for any missed deadlines, and admitting when I don't completely comprehend the course subject. Usually at public school, I use humor in the classroom by making people laugh. By allowing people to make amends and forgiving them if they don't fully finish a task, I model forgiveness in the classroom. I demonstrate justice in the classroom by treating everyone with respect, regardless of how different or similar our thoughts and worldviews may be. I don't exhibit any preference and treat everyone equally. I demonstrate humility in the classroom by excluding mentions of successes. It shouldn't matter whether I performed better or worse than another student. Despite the fact that they blew their second chance, I don't regret giving them another chance since I value personal development highly. By giving everyone with the same respect, even when they may not necessarily deserve it, I practice fairness outside of the classroom. I am aware that mistakes are made by everyone, thus it is unfair to treat someone negatively as a result of a careless error. I also think it's immoral to treat someone with disdain due of their beliefs, culture, colour, etc. But there is a distinction between right and wrong and fundamental human rights, therefore if someone is acting ignorantly, I would not in any way show them the same respect since I value fundamental human rights much and will not support them.
