Rosenfeld's (2005) "Brain Fingerprinting" research study focuses on new scientific findings as well as applications of technology that are being utilized to solve crimes by studying neural activity in order to identify deception of crime-related material. J. P. Rosenfeld (2005) deconstructs the preciseness of deception-detection literature throughout the research paper by detailing earlier attempts that were comparable targeted studies, as well as the continually favorable influence that brain fingerprinting has on cases involving crime of varying degrees.
