I would bring this up in a joint session because I do not see anything that necessarily warrants a private conversation. This is a simple yes or no question. b. “What was the conversation like when you told Mr.Burd that the non- compete clause would be enforced?” a. I hope to gain knowledge on the tone of the conversation and what words were said in the exchange. I expect that the party from McConnell was neutral while Mr.Burd was angry and responded in that way. b. I would bring this up in a joint session so both parties can see how the other side perceived the conversation.
